Returns Policy

Though it's rare for a product to arrive damaged, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does arrive damaged, please reach out to us through the "Contact Us" form or email us at support@neeshfabrics.co.uk within 7 days of receiving it, and we will take care of the rest. We will cover the return postage, and you can choose between a full refund or a replacement. Our goal is to make things right and ensure you are happy with your experience!

 

Unless the product is damaged, the buyer is responsible for return postage. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Apologies, but we are unable to offer a refund for items that have been worn or are not in their original packaging, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
