  • Acceptance of Order: Your order will be accepted when we dispatch the Product(s) to the address you provided. At this point, a contract will be formed between us for the sale of the Product(s).

  • Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in GBP (£). Prices are subject to change without notice but will remain fixed once your order has been confirmed.

  • Tracking

  • Standard Delivery: Please note, standard delivery does not include tracking.

  • Express Delivery: If you choose a express delivery option, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • International Shipping: If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply, and it is your responsibility to cover those charges.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned Product(s), we will process your refund. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. Buyer pays return postage.
